Tiryaka Tadasana: Learn the Swaying Palm Tree Pose with Step-by-Step Instructions

Tiryaka Tadasana, also known as the swaying palm tree pose, is a yoga asana that focuses on stretching and balancing the body. Instructions:

1. Stand with your feet approximately 2 feet apart, maintaining a steady gaze on a point directly in front of you.

2. Interlock your fingers and turn your palms outward.

3. Inhale deeply, raising your arms overhead.

4. While exhaling, bend to the left side from the waist, avoiding any forward or backward movement or twisting of the trunk.

5. Hold this position for a few seconds while keeping your breath outside.

6. Inhale gradually and return to an upright position.

7. Repeat the movement on the right side.

8. From the upright position, exhale while lowering your arms to the sides, completing one round.

9. Practice 5 to 10 rounds of this sequence.
