Looking for an advanced program which will improve your knowledge and teachings of Traditional Kundalini? Your search is over. In Adi Yoga Ashram, we are running a 28-day 300 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program for students who have already completed their 200 Hour Yoga TTC but wish to continue their studies at a deeper level.
This course covers traditional Kundalini practices, separate philosophy for both yoga and kundalini, chakras, traditional pranayamas, meditation techniques, mudras & bandhas, and more, while helping students build a stronger practice and a deeper understanding of overall subjects.
In a 200 Hour training, students cover the foundations of Kundalini Yoga, but the 300 Hour program allows students to spend more time learning about the finer details which they haven't learned before. Dedicated classes on topics such as kriyas, kundalini philosophy, and teaching methodology are studied in greater depth. The goal here is not simply to learn about techniques, but to feel them and understand how the Kundalini system works together as a whole.
The training follows a structured balance of practical and theoretical learning; students take part in daily asana classes, lectures, self-practice, and more throughout the program. This approach helps students understand not only how to perform the practices, but also how to teach them safely and responsibly to others.
A student can complete the program anywhere in the world, but Rishikesh provides a unique environment for study of yogic systems including traditional Kundalini. This town is surrounded by the Himalayan mountains, and the river Ganga passes through the middle, giving its energy to the whole place. Students have the opportunity to step away from their day to day distractions and have a dedicated time and environment for practice, study, and most importantly, self-reflection. The vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere of the city has been attracting yoga practitioners and spiritual seekers for years and continues to do so.
