AdvancedAerial YogaProgram in Rishikesh
A focused week off the ground for practitioners ready to move past the fundamentals.Inversions, suspended sequencing, across silk, Rings, and bungee. Yoga Alliance-registered, 30 Continuing Education hours on completion.

What is Advance Aerial Program?.
After receiving a lot of requests from our aerial yoga graduates, we have finally created this program especially for practitioners who have an existing aerial asana foundation but want to deepen their practice of inversions, transitions, and controlled descents on silks. This program will run in a small-group setting due to its intensive nature and requires hands-on training, so students at the end of the program can walk away with something to show for it.
Our program is registered with Yoga Alliance as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Registered yoga teachers who have already completed their 85-hour aerial yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh can add 30 hours to their Yoga Alliance profile after completion. It is important that you know that this program is not a teacher training program; it is a short-term YACEP program, designed for real practice time rather than a fixed posture checklist. The daily schedule contains two 1.5-hour underguided classes and 1.5 hours of self-practice.
